About Us
Accountable Cleaning LLC was formed in late 2003 after its founders, Lucas and Dana Mahowald, realized that there was a need for a company specializing in kitchen exhaust cleaning focused on customer service. While there existed companies in this industry that would provide good customer service only in part, Luke and Dana saw a need for a company whose goal was to provide good customer service from all aspects. This included everything from cleaning the kitchen exhaust system properly to cleaning up after themselves.
Accountable Cleaning LLC is now a strong competitor in the hood cleaning industry and is quickly building a repution as a company that does exactly what it says it will do.
There are companies out there that do not carry liability insurance. If you hire a company with no insurance and they cause damage to your building, you will most likely be liable. (We are fully insured)
It is a good idea to investigate the company that you hire to clean for you and make sure they are approved by the city you are located in, have the required liability insurance, and have legitimate referalls from other companies they have serviced.
